All Orders are sent via Australia Post or Courier Service when full payment is received.

Please note we are also registered with Australia post to ship dangerous goods so that you will still enjoy the same cost of delivery service for normal parcels with no extra dangerous goods charge.

Our charges of shipping are calculated on a flat rate of $11.50 if you are located in Western Australia (Metro), for all other states shipping is calculated by weight depending which state you are located. If you are unsure of postage charges please proceed to check and we will contact you with shipping costs.

For International buyers please contact us and will quote pricing for you, Also please note we do not ship flammable & Liquid items overseas.

Delivery time depends on which state you are located for Western Australia its usually the next business day for all other States please allow 5-7 working days for items to transit from Perth.

Shipping for all Furniture is shipped out via TNT Road Express, if you are interested in any of our salon furniture please contact us for a quote.

To track your order click on the order tracking link fill in your email address along with your Order Number to find the Status of your order.

We are not responsible for any items lost and delayed in transit unless insurance and extra payment is paid for tracking.

The only time shipping is delay is if we do not have certain item in stock and we will notify the customer in regards to delivery times.

Store Returns Policies 

By ordering on our website & Instore you will be agreeing to the following.

  • There is strictly no refunds on items, so please choose your products carefully, if you have any queries on our products please contact us and we will be happy to asist in answering all your questions.

  • If you receive a product which has been damaged during transit or is faulty please notify us imediately  no replacements for faulty or damaged items will be granted after after 7 days period. 

  • Goods damaged during transit or faulty goods will need to be returned to the following address below at the customers cost for us to review, 

  • Pronail Essentials reserves the right to refuse any warranty claims If we find that the conditions of the returns policy have not been met (if the product is not defective) no refund or replacement will be provided and we will return the product to you.
